Just north of Los Angeles, nestled in the hills of Santa Clarita, a new kind of neighborhood is taking shape: Valencia. Designed with community, connection, and sustainability at its core, Valencia isn’t just a place to live—it’s a place to belong. When FivePoint set out to bring this vision to life, they invited RSM Design to help shape how people navigate, experience, and feel grounded in the neighborhood. Our team stepped in to create a comprehensive wayfinding strategy, thoughtful environmental graphic design, and a master sign program that brings voice and character to the community.

At the heart of it all is Confluence Park, a central gathering place designed to bring neighbors together. Our design work aimed to reflect the energy and diversity of the people who call Valencia home, while celebrating the natural beauty that surrounds it. Valencia is more than just a residential development. It’s a vibrant, one-of-a-kind community committed to sustainability, connection, and creating meaningful everyday experiences. RSM Design is proud to have played a part in telling that story through place.

Valencia’s story begins with Newhall Ranch’s 1875 citrus groves, a history that lives on in Santa Clarita, just beyond Six Flags Magic Mountain.
