The Durrës Waterfront reimagines urban living with a vibrant, international destination along Albania’s coastline. Featuring terraced promenades, a community park with family-friendly activities, and panoramic Adriatic views, the development seamlessly blends recreation, culture, and exclusivity. A curated mix of retail, dining, and engaging public spaces creates a dynamic hub for residents and visitors alike.


RSM Design guided this vision with a strategic approach to retail planning, placemaking, and branding. By defining distinct zones, we crafted a retail mix that balances luxury, family-friendly amenities, and neighborhood services. Our activation plans, featuring events, festivals, and cultural programming, foster community connections, while cohesive wayfinding and branding reinforce the unique identity of Durrës Waterfront. This project establishes a new standard for coastal urban living.
