Persea residential clubhouse lounge with green velvet sectional and California bear artwork, environmental graphic design by RSM Design
Client Orion Pacific
Persea is a Southern California apartment community located in North County, San Diego. The design team was driven by Persea’s unique location in Vista, California. Vista is known as the “avocado capital of the world.” The vision for the project was inspired by the thriving agricultural production in the area, as well as the recent evolving craft beer industry. RSM Design’ scope of work included wayfinding and identity signage including the leasing office, pool area, fitness center, golf lounge and clubhouse. The RSM Design team set the vision and tone for the space, influencing the interior design elements and overall vibe. The brand narrative and accompanying signage reflects the local community and culture, mixing the new creative entrepreneurial sensibility of North County with the agricultural roots of the neighborhood. The signage system goes beyond the logo mark to include an array of materials, colors, patterns and textures to enrich Persea’s sense of place.
The amenities at Persea are designed to inspire and invite connection. One-of-a-kind community features include a resort-style swimming and lap pool, a private fitness center and outdoor gym zone, comfy hangouts and a co-working office space.
Honeycomb motifs are infused throughout the community, a nod to Vista’s agricultural’s nature and large population of bees.
