Pavilion Park is the first of several thoughtfully planned communities developed by Great Park Neighborhoods, strategically located around the perimeter of the Orange County Great Park. As the inaugural neighborhood, Pavilion Park sets the tone for the communities that follow, establishing a strong sense of place through its welcoming, walkable design. Blending contemporary architecture with the historic character and natural beauty of the region, the community creates a timeless and inviting environment.

The signage and wayfinding system builds on this vision with a curated mix of graphics, materials, and forms that honor the area’s heritage while introducing a fresh, modern aesthetic. Warm textures, natural finishes, and bold yet approachable typography enhance the sense of discovery, creating an atmosphere that invites exploration and connection to the surrounding cultural and natural landscape.
