Design that echoes the precision of automotive craft

At JM Family Enterprises’ headquarters in Deerfield Beach, Florida, RSM Design was invited to help shape the story of a company through its walls. Tasked with creating the interior signage, wayfinding, and specialty graphic systems, the team set out to translate JM Family’s rich automotive heritage into a cohesive and inspiring workplace experience. Where there were once large, blank surfaces, RSM Design introduced layered, tactile installations that bring the brand to life—from metal cut elements and custom typography to specialty feature walls that celebrate the company’s values and Florida roots. One particularly striking piece transforms a wall of license plate frames into a sculptural map of the state, honoring the company’s home and legacy. Each element was thoughtfully crafted to move beyond decoration, turning everyday pathways and gathering spaces into immersive expressions of identity, connection, and pride.
