Sloan Corners

Sloan Corners is a new contemporary mixed-use development bringing a bold vision for modern living to the Allen/Fairview community. Designed to enrich its surroundings, the project set out to create a distinct neighborhood identity rooted in artful living, joy, and a spirit of discovery, one where daily life feels like an inspiring journey through new flavors, curated spaces, and exciting experiences. Central to the development is Bravo Park, a contemporary park that serves as a vibrant community gathering space and an extension of the neighborhood’s artful, experiential spirit.

The design strategy centered on four guiding principles: Contemporary Sensibilities, Elevated Materials, Elegant Forms, and Inspiring Experiences, brought to life through a layered, organic visual language refined by timeless sophistication. A key challenge was crafting two distinct brand identities for Sloan Corners and Bravo Park, ensuring each felt unique while remaining cohesive within the larger development. Bespoke typographic details and a unique brand mark blend classic elegance with artistic flair, reflecting the rich connections and diverse experiences woven throughout the community. At its heart, Sloan Corners is an invitation to go beyond the ordinary, to explore, enrich, and discover.
