Creating pathways that reflect KPBS’s commitment to community

RSM Design partnered with KPBS to transform its San Diego headquarters into a dynamic space that honors the station’s rich legacy while embracing its future. Through a comprehensive donor recognition and wayfinding program, RSM Design crafted a visual narrative that seamlessly integrates KPBS’s history, values, and community impact. The design team employed modern signage techniques and sophisticated graphics to create an environment that not only guides visitors but also celebrates the contributions of supporters, fostering a deeper connection between KPBS and its audience.

Collaborating closely with KPBS, Safdie Rabines Architects, and Clark Construction, RSM Design ensured that every element of the signage system was thoughtfully considered and meticulously executed. The result is a cohesive and inspiring environment that reflects KPBS’s commitment to trustworthy journalism and community engagement. By weaving storytelling into the physical space, RSM Design has enhanced the visitor experience, reinforcing KPBS’s role as a vital cultural institution in San Diego.
