HALL Park in Frisco, Texas is a landmark mixed-use development that redefines the suburban experience by weaving together work, living, and community within a lush, nature-inspired environment. RSM Design partnered with the client team to develop a comprehensive brand identity for the project, including a vision narrative, logo, and marketing and leasing materials. Rooted in the development’s founding commitment to artistic expression, the brand reflects HALL Park’s evolving cultural campus encompassing the Texas Sculpture Garden, a performing arts center, and expansive public art installations. The refined logo draws subtle inspiration from both nature and art, the two guiding principles at the heart of HALL Park’s identity, positioning the development as an enduring legacy for Frisco.
