Stephanie Wills

As a principal and lead of RSM Design’s Business Development department, Stephanie is involved in all facets of the project from being the initial client point source, to proposal development and project team integration. Stephanie’s leadership and client interface are pivotal in stewarding dependable client relationships, ensuring that the integrity of each project’s vision is achieved. 

Stephanie’s dual degrees in public relations and fine art are an ideal pair for
RSM Design’s philosophy, enabling her to engage clients while also directing project teams within the firm. Utilizing her strong relationships within the industry built over her 25 years at RSM Design, Stephanie’s leadership facilitates great communication with clients to build industry-leading projects.

Stephanie earned BA degrees in Communications and Art from the California State University, Fullerton.
