JEFFREY HERTZLER, PRINCIPAL

Jeffrey is stepping into a new role as Principal at RSM Design. Jeff started as a designer in 2011 and has spent 15 years shaping the studio through design and innovation. He leads the design team through project visioning, integrated architectural treatments, and specialty elements, drawing on his expertise in psychology, wayfinding strategy, and brand development. Jeff also serves as a design mentor for many individuals at RSM Design, refining the design process and adding his insight as the firm evolves. He has collaborated on more than 150 projects with clients across the globe, including Balboa Park, Grand Central Terminal, Ovation Hollywood, and The District Abu Dhabi. As Jeff joins the Principal team, RSM Design looks forward to his continued growth and expanding leadership.

MAXWELL HELM, ASSOCIATE

Maxwell has been promoted to Associate at RSM Design. Maxwell started as an intern 9 years ago and has since developed alongside RSM Design’s creative process, contributing to numerous distinguished projects across all four of RSM Design’s studio locations. His eye for design is trusted throughout the studio, and he serves as a catalyst for RSM Design’s culture, bringing people together within the studio. Maxwell is a design mentor to many, and loves teaching designers new skills, tools, and ways of thinking about design.

RADNYEE JOSHI, ASSOCIATE

Radnyee joins RSM Design as an Associate in the New York City studio, bringing 8 years of experience in environmental graphic design and a thoughtful, strategy-driven approach to the work. She has worked across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, corporate, residential, and cultural environments.

Originally from New Jersey and a graduate of Drexel University, Radnyee is passionate about solving complex design challenges. She is known for building strong client relationships and guiding projects from early concept through final implementation with clarity, collaboration, and creativity.

ANDREW LANE, DESIGNER

Andrew joins RSM Design as a Designer in the Dallas studio, bringing a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and a Master of Architecture from Pratt Institute, along with years of experience developing and communicating design concepts. He works across a range of scales and project typologies, applying a strong visual sensibility and genuine curiosity for how design and context intersect in the built environment.

A native of San Clemente, Andrew brings a lasting appreciation for the outdoors and public space to his work. That perspective grounds his interest in pairing new technologies with a people-centered approach to design.

DELANEY KELLY, DESIGNER

Delaney joins RSM Design’s Los Angeles studio as a Designer, having studied experiential design at Belmont University with a focus on brand, interactive, and spatial design. She enjoys working collaboratively to create holistic solutions that build both community and health.

Having worked alongside teams of all sizes, Delaney thrives on navigating projects with a diverse set of skills to create exceptional solutions. She brings a collaborative spirit and a well-rounded design foundation to every project she takes on at RSM Design.

RIDGE PETERSON, DESIGNER

Ridge Peterson joins RSM Design as a Designer in the San Clemente studio, bringing a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from Arizona State University and an early interest in architecture that shaped his approach to visual communication. He is a multidisciplinary designer drawn to how graphic and spatial thinking come together within the built environment, with particular interests in branding, storytelling, and the relationship between graphic and physical elements.

Born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Ridge approaches design through research and exploration, believing each project should develop its own visual language based on its context, audience, and environment. Guided by a focus on clarity, immersion, and experimentation, he is drawn to work that feels considered, intuitive, and inseparable from the experience it supports.

JANELLE WOOD, DESIGNER

Janelle joins RSM Design as a Designer in the San Clemente studio, bringing a Bachelor of Arts in Design from California State University, Long Beach and a multidisciplinary approach shaped by years of exploring mediums from sewing and painting to sculpting. She is passionate about experiential design and 3D environment modeling, with a focus on creating immersive and engaging environments that enhance human interaction and storytelling.

Born and raised in Long Beach, California, Janelle discovered her love of art and design early in a home filled with creativity, an influence that later led her to independently launch a clothing line during the pandemic, handling everything from garment construction to modeling and editorial photography. Her curiosity and drive to keep learning continue to push her to expand her creative and technical skill set across diverse areas of design.
