This year, we are proud to recognize the commitment, leadership, and creative growth of our newly promoted team members. Their contributions continue to shape our studio culture and the work we put into the world. ZACH BURSON, ASSOCIATE

Zach Burson has been promoted from Senior Designer to Associate. Based in RSM Design’s Dallas studio, Zach brings six years of experience designing thoughtful environmental graphic solutions for a wide range of clients. His work reflects a strong understanding of the built environment, combining clarity, craft, and design intent to create meaningful experiences that support both people and place.

CHRIS SETCHELL, ASSOCIATE

Chris has been promoted to Associate, bringing three years at RSM Design and more than a decade of experience in the environmental graphic design field. Based in the San Clemente studio, he brings expertise and insight to every project, guiding design with clarity, purpose, and a thoughtful approach. In addition to his work at RSM Design, Chris serves as the Orange County Chapter Chair for SEGD, further contributing to the broader environmental graphic design community. His experience continues to elevate RSM Design’s work for clients across a range of projects.

NEW TEAM MEMBERS

RSM Design is excited to welcome two talented new designers to our studios, Stephanie joining our Los Angeles studio and Santina joining our Dallas studio. Both bring unique perspectives and a shared passion for creating meaningful, human-centered experiences through design, strengthening our team’s ability to connect people to place.

Stephanie Guerrero joins RSM Design as a visual storyteller with a BFA in Graphic Design from California State University, Long Beach. Her work bridges branding, illustration, and spatial storytelling, with a focus on creating human-centered experiences that feel grounded and inspiring. At RSM Design, she channels her passion for cultural storytelling into branded environments and wayfinding systems that foster inclusivity, accessibility, and purpose.

Santina, a California native, earned her BFA in Graphic Design from Chapman University. She brings experience as an experiential graphic designer within an architecture firm, where she worked on branded environments and signage design, learning how thoughtful design can transform spaces and shape the way people interact with them. Her expertise in branded environments, signage, and illustration allows her to blend creativity with strategic thinking.
